Savuto was the lead member of latin gang called The Prophets. He makes an appearance during season 3 and season 4 of The Shield.

His name wasn't called out until Vic approached him in Doghouse, there was a serial rapist on the loose who raped women who already were in relationships. Mackey wanted a favor from him by any of his members noticing the man by his mugshot. This lead to trouble with a civilian who drove a flower truck and Los Profetas members were apprehending this innocent man, gladly Vic arrived on time before anything could of gone wrong.
