Roger Pruitt was a psychotic homeless man who vaguely witnessed the murders of Carl Miller and Scooby Haimes.
Season 4[]
While walking down the street patrolling, Roger saw the murders of Carl and Scooby and was brought into The Barn for interrogation. Dutch and Claudette asked him what happened, where he described the incident as clearly as possible. Before he began to explain more about the situation, he demanded to receive a badge, talking "peace officer to peace officer." He then said that three to seven individuals approached the two cops and attacked them. Roger then asked if everyone in the room had level 3 clearance and, since Claudette only had level 2, she left. Roger told Dutch that the assailants were "foreign agents" and began to ramble about 9/11 and terrorist attacks. Dutch, realizing he was crazy, threw him inside the cage.
Upon hearing of Scooby and Carl's deaths, Roger gave his regards and sang "Miner Forty-Niner".
