Randy Huggins (born February 22, 1972; age 53) was an assistant writer on The Shield. He also co-wrote the story for "Cut Throat" on Season 4 along with Glen Mazzara.

Randy Huggins was born in Detroit, Michigan.
Huggins started his career in 2002 as an assistant to the writers of The Shield. He worked in that capacity from Season 1 to Season 4. That season, Huggins also co-wrote the story for "Cut Throat", along with Glen Mazzara. After his work on The Shield, he has written for The Unit, The Quad, and Prime Suspect.
Aside from writing, Huggins has also served as both writer and producer on shows like Rebel, Power, Star, and Criminal Minds, among others.
