Pitarrio was a Salvadoran drug dealer with ties to Antwon Mitchell. He was hired to move the body of Angie Stubbs shortly after Antwon killed her.
Season 4[]
After Carl Miller and Scooby were killed, the Strike Team received a tip that Pitarrio was connected to Antwon Mitchell and went over to a money-laundering operation to find him. While there, Vic Mackey tipped over one of the men sitting near one of the tables and knocked him onto a set of broken glass bottles. Mackey and Shane began to interrogate Pitarrio by pressing his arm and back onto the glass. However, they learned that Pitarrio had nothing to do with cop killings and was at the movies when the attack occurred. Mackey continued to interrogate Pitarrio some more and he eventually revealed that he moved a young girl's body.
A few days later, Lem went over to Pitarrio's house after the Strike Team couldn't find any trace of Angie's body. He demanded to know where the girl was and punched him in the face, leaving blood all over his shirt. Pitarrio told him that the girl was next to a merry-go-round in Griffin Park and not the stables. In order to make sure that Pitarrio was telling the truth, Lem took his stash of heroin as collateral, unaware that Emolia Melendez watched him steal the drugs.
Season 5[]
According to one of Pitarrio's contacts, he was killed during a sour drug deal in El Salvador. His throat was supposedly cut open by one of the dealers, extinguishing another chance of helping prove Lem innocent of his drug charge.
