Paris K. C. Barclay (born June 30, 1956; age 68) was a director of The Shield.
Biography and career[]
Paris Barclay was born in Chicago Heights, Illinois. He attended La Lumiere School, a private college preparatory boarding school in La Porte, Indiana. After that, Barclay attended Harvard College where he was very active in musical theatre. After graduating, he started directing and producing music videos through his own company.
Since the 1990s, Barclay has been a prolific TV director. He has directed multiple episodes of NYPD Blue, The West Wing, Cold Case, Sons of Anarchy, Glee, and Station 19. Aside from directing, Barclay is also a producer.
Barclay has been married to executive Christopher Mason since 2008. They had been together for 19 years before that. The couple has two children.
