Orlando was a student that drew out a gun in the middle of a graduation party.
Season 1[]
Orlando was at a graduation party in 8266 Alameda with some friends. At some point, he drew out a gun to threaten Elena. When Officers Julien Lowe and Danny Sofer came in, he ran away and Julien started pursuing him. When he reached a dead end, he pointed the gun at Julien and asked him to back out. Julien holstered his gun and told Orlando to shoot him, but Orlando couldn't do it. Julien took his gun and Orlando was arrested.
