Nasso was a criminal who robbed Lem and Shane of their badges in Tijuana, Mexico.
Season 2[]
While in Tijuana looking for Navaro Quintero, Lem and Shane ran into Nasso, who promised to lead them to a shipment of guns. As he led the two detectives into a large courtyard in the city, Nasso took out his gun and held Lem and Shane hostage along with two of his men. With no other option, Lem and Shane were forced to hand Nasso their badges and wallets, shortly before being shooed away from the courtyard.
Nasso either managed to sell Shane Vendrell's badge or he lost it. The badge was used by Hrach to steal a jewelry.
