Season 3[]
After Julien Lowe's beating, Officer Lucas was partnered with Danny Sofer. One day, they attended a domestic disturbance call from Julien's house. During a heated argument between Julien and his wife, Vanessa, her son Randall had called 911. When they arrived at the house, Lucas questioned Randall while Danny talked to Vanessa.
Some time later, Lucas was with Danny, Julien, and Tommy Hisk at the Barn's mess hall joking about Nina. Suddenly, a Detective Kouf, from Wilshire, arrived and asked to speak with Tommy. When he insisted that they had to speak alone, Lucas and Julien went to look for Captain David Aceveda. Lucas later found out in the locker room that Hisk's ex-wife and son had been murdered. He couldn't believe it and asked about the child's age.
