Kayla LeSeur was the neighbor of Bob and Marcy Lindhoff. She lived with her roommate, Latonya.
Before Season 2[]
At some point, Bob managed to make a peephole in their bathroom where he could look at Kayla's bathroom. One time, Marcy Lindhoff approached her and invited her to join them in bed. Kayla, however, wasn't interested. Marcy, then managed to lure her into their apartment where she and Bob kidnapped her. Marcy then convinced Bob to sever her arm and throw it in a dumpster.
Season 2[]

After surgically severing Kayla's arm, Bob had her tied up in their bathroom. When Detective Dutch Wagenbach found Kayla's arm, he visited Bob and Marcy and took them to the Barn to identify an alleged suspect. When they returned, they started packing with the intention to leave. Bob then put Kayla in the trunk of their car and beat her to subdue her. As they were driving out, Dutch saw them and asked them if they could get back to the Barn to identify the suspect. As they were in the Barn, Kayla remained in the trunk tied up and severely injured.
After finishing at the Barn, Bob and Marcy tried to flee the state, but were eventually intercepted by the police after they found evidence against them in their apartment. When Dutch and Claudette opened the trunk, they found out Kayla was already dead.
