Josephs was a Los Angeles Police Department officer that worked at the Barn in Farmington. He was in charge of transporting evidence to Central Station.
Season 1[]
Josephs was transporting police evidence from the Barn to Central Station when Vic Mackey and the Strike Team, disguised as gang members, assaulted his vehicle. As Vic held Josephs on the floor, Lem looked for a specific gun in the van and Ronnie spray-painted "LM" on the van to frame Los Mags for the attack.
After they left, Josephs identified the fake tattoos that Vic Mackey was wearing on his arms, which would lead them to Hector Estanza.

- Although he is credited as "Josephs", and Vic Mackey refers to him by that name, his name tag says "Sandor". This is the same name tag worn by Chris Sandor later in the season.
