Jeffrey Cole was the son of William and Mary Kate. He and his best friend, Kyle Hutton, had neo-Nazi ideologies about race.
Before Season 2[]
Jeffrey lived in Venice with his mother where he also attended school. After the divorce of his parents, he had been depressed at times. At some point, his father asked him to stay with him in Farmington for a year. His mother reluctantly agreed.
After arriving to Farmington, Jeffrey started getting in trouble with kids at school, especially Lydell Crouch and his friends. He also started getting into fights, selling drugs, and was carrying a knife. He and his best friend, Kyle, were also luring homosexuals in Doverson to pick them up. When they did, they would pull out their knives to take their wallets, knowing that they wouldn't go to the police.
Season 2[]
Two months after arriving to Farmington, Jeffrey disappeared from his home after his father left for work. That night, he lured Adam into picking him up at Doverson. Adam offered him $20 for oral sex and they went behind a grocery store. While there, Jeffrey pulled a knife, stole Adam's wallet, and hit him in the eye. He then used the money to buy a gun. Later, he broke inside Lydell Crouch's house and kidnapped him. After some time, he killed him by shooting him twice in the back of the head. Jeffrey also had a list of other people he wanted to kill.
When Kyle revealed Jeffrey's location, the Strike Team and the police arrived. As he saw the police, he started shooting at them from inside the house, hitting Detective Shane Vendrell in his bulletproof vest. When Lem approached through the side window and ordered him to drop his weapon, Jeffrey aimed at him, so Lem shot him in the chest with his shotgun, killing him instantly.
