Jasper was a customs employee that sometimes helped Vic Mackey and the Strike Team clear drug shipments.
Season 1[]
When a shipment of drugs arrived for Rondell Robinson, Jasper held it until he paid him $50,000. Jasper arranged a meeting with Rondell, Vic Mackey, and Shane Vendrell, to make the payment. However, Rondell never appeared and Jasper left threatening Vic and Shane to sell the shipment to the highest bidder.
Season 2[]
Some time later, Jasper brought a shipment of drugs to T.O. Osmond. The Strike Team made sure that everything went accordingly as T.O. checked the drugs. After T.O. verified they were good, he took them from Jasper's car. The next day, T.O. realized the drug had been adulterated, and Vic Mackey and the Strike Team brought Jasper to question him. He told them he knew nothing, only that the drugs were distributed by Rosalina Imports in Tijuana.
