The Heckler & Koch MP5 is a German 9mm submachine gun.
Before Season 3[]
At some point, Lex got ahold of 12 stolen cases of MP5's stolen from Fort Irwin. He had a deal to deliver the guns to both the Byz Lats and the One-Niners. However, he only delivered them to Garza and the Byz Lats successfully.
Season 3[]
The Byz Lats used their MP5's to kill Slap, a member of the One-Niners. When Lex was in the middle of a transaction with Kern Little for the MP5's, the police broke in and arrested them. After this, Detective Vic Mackey assured Kern Little that he would also take the guns from the Byz Lats.
Vic and Shane attempted to buy the guns from Garza, but were unsuccessful. After Garza was arrested, they were unable to get the location of the guns from him. However, Vic convinced Diagur Leyva to ask Garza about the guns while he was in jail. When they recovered them, Vic and the Strike Team ended up dumping the guns in the ocean.
