Biography[]
Harvey Silver was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was put in foster care at the age of five, and spent most of his childhood in Society Hill Philadelphia. When Silver was a teenager, he took acting classes to stay away from the streets. He continued acting through high school and was accepted into Philadelphia's prestigious Society Hill Playhouse. Eventually, Silver moved to California to pursue a career in acting.
Silver has appeared in TV shows like New York Undercover, Beverly Hills 90210, NYPD Blue, and The System. From 1998 to 2001, he was part of the main cast of One World. Silver has also appeared in films like Teaching Mrs. Tingle, Steel, and Last Resort.
Silver passed away unexpectedly in 2012.
