Fred was a frozen food delivery driver that brought merchandise to Chino State Correctional Facility. He was also working for the Byzantine Latinos gang helping them to contraband cigarettes and drugs into prison.
Before Season 3[]
Fred worked for a frozen food company and made deliveries to Chino State Correctional Facility twice a week. At some point, he was hired by the Byz Lats gang to help them smuggle cigarettes, drugs, and other illegal goods into prison. He usually worked with Aramis in the deliveries.
Season 3[]
One day, Fred was arrested by the Strike Team while receiving goods from Aramis to take into Chino. He was taken to the Barn for interrogation, but when Detective Vic Mackey came to question him, he refused to believe what was happening to him. As Vic asked him about the operation, he kept insisting he should go home because his wife was waiting for him.
