David Marciano (born January 7, 1960; age 65) played Detective Steve Billings on The Shield between Season 4 and Season 7.
Biography and career[]
Marciano was born in Newark, New Jersey. During his teenage years, he was part of a gang called "The Nomads", until a near-fatal car accident prompted him to sort his life out. He enrolled at Northeastern University in Boston, but eventually dropped out to pursue acting. In 1985, he moved to Los Angeles where he managed to get several important roles in TV shows like Due South and Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior (with Forest Whitaker). In 2013, Marciano appeared in the crime-rap musical film Caught on Tape (with Sticky Fingaz).
Marciano married his wife, Katayoun Amini, in October 20, 1991. They have two daughters and one son together. David Marciano's height is 6' (1.83 m).
