Betty was a woman that the officers at the Barn knew had a thing for cops.

After Officer Paul Jackson invited Julien Lowe to have a drink with them, they met at a bar. Jackson told Lowe this would be his "b and b" initiation and had Julien drink a beer jar. Then he called Betty for the second part of the initiation. Betty kissed Julien and took him to a back room of the bar where she performed oral sex on him. As she was doing it, Jackson and the others looked from the door.
