Amber was a waitress at a diner that was targeted by rapist Oscar Ruiz during Season 4.
Season 4[]
During "Doghouse", rapist Oscar Ruiz was spotted at a diner. When Detectives Vic Mackey and Ronnie Gardocki went in to check, they talked with Amber. She told them she had talked with Ruiz, and that he had seemed friendly. She also told them that he had asked her what car she drove. When they went out and Ronnie checked her car, he noticed that her registration was stolen indicating that Ruiz might be targeting her.
