Episode Title[]
Episode refers to the impulsive decision to shut down one of the foster homes due a violation that being the downfall of Captain Monica Rawling's seizure policy, she has no backing from Aceveda or Assistant Chief Phillips. Monica has to step down as the other reference hints to Strike Team knowing nothing about Emolia's testimony against Lem taking Pitarrio's tar heroin, that puts the entire team under the eye of IAD, in the last goodbye from Rawling to Vic embodies that she still respects the law and the badge, her not warning him.
