4103 Merrick was an address that Alex Eznik used to deal tax-free cigarettes.

Detective Vic Mackey pretended to be helping Alex Eznik and the Armenian Mafia to eventually bring them down. To gain Eznik's trust, Mackey assured him that he could warn him of future police raids in any of his businesses. To achieve this, Eznik sent his top-man, Hagop, with Mackey to the Barn so he could verify the addresses. This was one of the addresses that Hagop gave Mackey to verify in the computer.
After Eznik was arrested, Mackey gave the addresses of his businesses to Captain David Aceveda. The police went to 4103 Merrick and found stashes of cigarettes stored.
